"Stay away! Who is Pro Team Carpet Service, and where's the Pro? How did they get previous 5 star reviews? Someone else (I won't use the technician's name) from a different company, Green Team Carpet Cleaning, showed up, and they demanded more than Pro Team quoted (and no pets were involved), and they made a mess. Classic Bait & Switch. When I called the Pro Team company to complain about the nearly double amount demanded from yesterday's quote from Pro Team, there was a different person who now claimed to be a different company, Expert Carpet Care. When confronted with this confusion, I wanted to know who I was supposed to pay just to get these guys out of my house: Pro Team, Expert Carpet, or Green Team. But the technician from Green Team wouldn't stop chattering on about me supposedly not trusting him and that I supposedly was accusing him of ripping me off when I said no such things to him whatsoever. That was enough. I threw him out, gave him his check just so he'd leave, and I wouldn't let him finish all the areas he missed. His final parting comment was "the check better be good". Yeah, or else? I cleaned up their mess. Save yourself the headache. Not Pro's at all."
