"I will not support or back this company no more after seeing the most recent controversial video that was taken and posted on social media. No, the video had nothing to do with the services this company provides but had to do with either an employee or some sort of manager of some kind within this company verbally saying racial comments to someone of hispanic descent. This is disturbing and disgusting to see happen in todays day in age and to see a company allow someone like this to operate within their ranks is beyond me! Shame on Servicon for allowing a menace to society represent them!"

"I'd give a negative star review if I could. One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. I called and set up a visit to get a quote. The DM seemed to be excited about new business. Apparently I was wrong. For three weeks after the initial visit, I would call and or email in hopes to get a bid. No response. I would finally receive email responses from the DM saying he would call back. He never did. I tried calling the Corporate Office and left multiple messages and at times getting promises that someone in upper management would call me back. Three weeks and still no calls from either the DM or upper management. I finally received a call from the DM this morning saying that the Corporate Office told him to call me back and tell me that they can't service my area due to a lack of clientele in my area. I would have respected them and understood if they just told me that up front and not wasted my time for three weeks. I asked why he didn't give me (a prospective new client) the courtesy of just letting me know weeks ago. His response was that upper management told him not to call. So unprofessional. If that's how they treat prospective clients, who knows how they treat their current clients? Poor poor service."
