"Although it was a team of two, only one of them (Oscar) was doing the actual job. Another person seemed to be on the call for most of the part. And so the cleaning which was supposed to take 2 hours (it's a new house and I provided clutter-free space) got stretched to 3.5 hours. I would give 5 stars to Oscar though. He was calm and focused while compensating for his partner."

"I had three people come to the house to start a deep clean. They showed up on time and were quite respectful and polite. They finished the job in the allotted time and were as quite as one could be while cleaning a home. With one exception I thought the work was done professionally and to a high standard. I would certainly have the same crew clean my place again. Regarding the exception, I notice the living room coffee table and couch end table had oily spots on them. I suspect they may have been sprayed for cleaning, but never got wiped down. I took photos to show for constructive education. The spots were cleaned up quickly with some Pledge."

"Requested deep cleaning services unfortunately I was not satisfied with the result. Did not use proper solutions to get the deep clean that was requested. Called to have a second pass which they sent unfortunately water was turned off at the place and was not able to get in contact and crew was dismissed. They Would not send back the crew without additional cost. Not a great experience personally, would have thought there would have been a better follow through on the guarantee of their services."
