"I'm quite confused about the amazing reviews since dealing with them has been an incredibly frustrating process. Please pass on my thanks to Genie; I really appreciate her effort. However, her working alone for 7 1/2 hours wasn't very efficient – it's too long for one person. My bathroom cabinets were overlooked, and I believe I should have stuck with a deep cleaning. I trusted their opinion and went for a move-out cleaning, for $300, the communication was lacking. Missing the 8-9 timeframe is one thing, but no one reached out to confirm if the cleaner was present. I had to call, leave a voicemail, and use the chat to get in touch. As of 9:45, I've heard nothing. I had to actively seek them out, which I find unacceptable. I chose them due to their 5-star ratings, assuming it was an exception. However, today's service fell short of those ratings. The cleaner even asked me if she should clean the bathroom, which was baffling. She missed all my cabinets, microwave, etc. I tipped her $50 and got her food as I felt bad for her solo effort. They should have a checklist for move-out cleanings. After I complained, they wanted to reschedule, but with my cross-country move, that's impossible. They spent the whole day on the phone with me trying to resolve this, which was insane. Personally, I think they should refund me, but they seem unwilling aside of the $60 credit they are giving. They tried rescheduling with my landlord, but claimed they said he kept rescheduling but I'm skeptical given their scheduling issues during my initial cleaning. Either or, I would be cautious with them."
