"Royal Restoration gets my absolute highest recommendation for water damage remediation and repair. Jose Munoz and his team are truly excellent. One weekend last summer we had extensive flooding from a broken water supply line that caused significant damage to 7 rooms of our house. I called Royal Sunday morning on a friend’s referral. An hour later Jose was at our door to assess the damage! From there, everything followed like clockwork: demo and remediation started Monday morning, and as soon as that was complete the repair work began. Royal handled everything and the whole job was done efficiently and with no delays (very rare, from what I understand). Jose communicated directly with our insurance adjuster (saving us a lot of headaches) and was on top of every detail of the project. It was really impressive to watch! This is a small, family-owned business run by a professional yet personable, extremely sharp and capable, responsive, hardworking, and committed individual. They are spontaneous, proficient, and Jose is a true craftsman, besides being very knowledgeable on how insurance companies work. Their work is neat and meticulous and the job setup was highly professional. I live in an upstairs condo and had a water leak from a refrigerator waterline that burst. They quickly put together a thorough, fair, and reasonable proposal, and was able to start the job immediately. There was damage to the unit below and well into the garage. Jose‘s skills mitigated and turned a potentially very costly situation into a managed repair. They were able to get everything dry within a matter of days, saving the kitchen below and with minimal reconstruction repairs forthcoming. Water leaks and damage is very stressful and emotional, but Jose‘s professional demeanor and confidence put me at ease throughout this process.
