"I bought a bracelet and it broke after 2 months, I took it to the store to see if I could get it replace as most pandora products have 1 year warranty they told me they could not do anything, that warranty didn't apply to bracelet because I bought it on sale, so I called pandora to ask if this was true and they said that it was covered by warranty and they offer to refund me because they no longer had bracelet in stock, bad customer support at the location they probably think they going to take it out of their paychecks if they honor the warranty."

"Terrible customer service. My partner bought a ring that was too big for my finger, never did I wear this ring I just eyeballed it. The manager refused to exchange it to me even though it was not worn and with receipt. I sent my partner in the next day and she also refused. He had to go to another pandora store and they were very apologetic for the Salinas store managers attitude. She happily exchanged the ring."

"I bought a ring from there and nobody had explained to me that there’s a warranty, an hour after I left I had realized there was a rhinestone missing. I went back the next day because my friend had explained to be that they can exchange it. They told me I needed a receipt, one which the lady didn’t even give me. I explained to her that I didn’t receive a receipt and the lady told me to ‘get one’ so I asked if I can speak with the lady that helped me the day before and she gave me the biggest attitude ever and claimed to be the manager. I personally think that the service has sucked everytime I have gone and that the employees only pay attention to me if I am dressed extremely nice. If I go wearing a hoodie they always seem to ignore me."
