"Front desk attendants are pleasant and friendly. They offer laundry cards which are a pretty good deal. Somehow, the space is kept clean despite the constant flow of traffic, as I'm pretty sure this is where most of Isla Vista does their laundry. Space is a bit tight, and it seems like the machines break pretty frequently, but I rarely have trouble finding a spot (it does happen occasionally, though)."
