"I came here with my husband after doing some research of different coin shops in San Jose down to Carmel. I wanted to surprise him and take him to a few of the places for him to shop and look around. This was our first stop and the 2 gentlemen were very kind and helpful as he looked. We then proceeded to go to San Jose to at least 5 places. Some with ok reviews and others with great reviews. We had a horrible experience at each of the shops in San Jose. Rude owners, small selections but even more was that they had nothing to show us. Most were saying that they only purchased now and didn't sell at their shop anymore despite what the reviews and websites said. Needless to say I was very upset because I wanted to have a great day and let him shop around. The day didn't end on a bad note though. We came back to this shop in Capitola and the gentlemen remembered us from that morning.
