"Left my gold chain to be repaired last week and the pick up date was today, they told me I would get a call in the morning to pick it up in the afternoon but no calls were received, went to pick it up at 1 but no one was there and they had a sign saying they would be back at 1, went back at 1:46 and still no one was there (isn’t it funny?) then I went back one more time at 5 and it was totally closed amidst online said that they would be open until 7pm, called the customer service and the response was “you’ll be receiving a call from a supervisor next week” so whatever, where’s my necklace? Wasn’t this a serious company? PITY! Worst customer service EVER!!!!"
