"Wow where do I begin about the POS that own and work at this shop. This morning my husband and I wanted to get a Morgan Dollar appraised before we ran our errands for the day. We went to Starbucks first for breakfast and I spilled coffee on myself in the car. Of course once we made it to this shop, Alex insisted on me changing out my dress and making sure I didn’t burn myself. Before he hopped out, he grabbed the sunshade and placed it in the windshield so I could have privacy. The owner treated my husband rude & dismissed any kind of information Alex tried to seek. When we arrived we watched him unlock the door to begin today’s business hours. Before Alex could go in the owner locked the door so he couldn’t get in and locked the door behind him as he went in to proceed with what he thought should’ve been a normal transaction! After Alex walked out and hoped back in the car he told me everything that happened & I was mortified. Oh you think I’m finish? Oh wait for it. I fired up my truck to let it run while he finished telling me what happened. A YT elderly woman with no class approached my truck and proceeded to tell me to leave! I asked her why? She said the exhaust fumes from my vehicle were seeping through her windows “execrably” upstairs which was complete bullshyt btw… I noticed they were all closed completely as soon as that lie rolled off her tongue. As I told her we were about to leave I rolled my window up and my husband said, “listen babe! Do you hear her? “ she kept saying “ bye, be gone & you better leave sooner than later! Smh i put my truck in reverse and left! IF YOU’RE A POC ID STAY TF AWAY FROM THIS COIN SHOP. Your business isn’t welcome or wanted. Even if you accidentally waste scolding hot coffee on your body and needed to change clothes IMMEDIATELY AFTER."
"Just randomly closed and not updated online. Waste of $30 in an Uber to get there!"
"LIKE. Place has a good feel to it. Very security conscious. Good transparency on prices. The guy is honest too."
"The best coin shop around. Tons of quality coins. Excellent selection. The guy who runs the place is super knowledgeable and helpful. If you don't see what you're looking for ask because they may have it, it might just be out of sight. Good fair prices."
"Unpleasant experience !! I don’t know anything about coin collecting but came across some interesting coins. I called this store prior to my arrival, so that I wouldn’t waste anyone’s time. The guy on the phone said to bring them in so he could take a look. I also confirmed that he was available today. He was very pleasant over the phone but in person, WOW! That guy is above and beyond rude. He acted annoyed- like we were interrupting his empty store- when he walked to unlock the door. Before I handed him the coins, he already told me they were, “worthless” then he proceeded to walk back to the front door to let us out. How does this place stay in business with such poor customer service? What a waste of gas and time."
