"Be careful with the offers they give you, they just hook you up and make you believe you are getting those offers. In reality, they cancel the extra items (offer) for your purchase when they ship it. I made a purchase because I was given the offer of extra items, when I received it, I noticed they sent me just the purchased item. I called and emailed customer service, I was told "it was an error" that is why they did not send me the extra items. I asked for a return label to get a refund, Tiffany said "you are not allowed to return it because the purchase was made using a birthday discount". I said, "I understand that, but in this situation, it is your mistake, not mine. You lied about me getting that offer. I am not getting the offer items then I don't want the item I bought. Why did not you cancel the entire order then? After all, my emails had been ignored and they never provide a resolution to my issue. I do want a resolution..."
