"This was the 3rd time using Magnificent Plumbing & Rooter and maybe the most impressive work they've done for us yet! Using the latest technology, video probs and snakes that grind tree roots to clear the path of our sewer system. Plus they installed a new toilet for us that will definitely help our situation in the future with a much better flush than our out of date old toilet! True professionals in their field! Very impressive, never felt like I was being taken for a ride and then in the end the price charged for the work seems way more than fair! "I have had repeat problems with tree roots in my main sewer line. In 2011 most, but not all, of the line was replaced at great expense. In the last several years, I have had problems in the section not replaced. I have had several different plumbers out to deal with the repeat problems. I felt they didn’t solve the problem and overcharged for the work they did. The most recent work was done just 3 months ago, and now I had a complete blockage again. Last Tuesday, January 22, 2024, I called Magnificent Plumbing & Rooter and got a same day afternoon appointment. Edgar arrived on time. I discussed the history of the sewer line with Edgar and provided a picture of the in-ground plumbing done in 2011. He offered a 3 step plan, which we followed. First, Edgar rooted the line which opened it. He then had another technician bring a sewer camera to inspect the line. That narrowed the location of the recurring blockage down to a few feet of pipe under the front steps of the house. Next a 3rd technician brought a high pressure hydro jet to cut the roots that remained in the few feet of pipe. The cutting was done while watching with the sewer camera. With roots cut and flushed out, it became clear that the problem was in a partially collapsed cast iron pipe where it passes under the foundation. This problem was not identified by previous plumbers. Replacement of the pipe will require additional work but the rooting and hydro jetting has restored sewer service and bought some time to plan and schedule the permanent fix. A 2” side drain that had been OK did not work right after the last plumber cleared the main sewer line 3 months ago. The technician offered to fix the problem he caused for an additional fee. I declined. The side line now works normally again after the Magnificent Plumbing & Rooter visit with no attempt to specifically fix it! Rene gave me a reasonable package price for the work accomplished, specialized equipment used, and up to 3 technicians for part of the work. I will call Magnificent Plumbing & Rooter the next time I need plumbing services!"

My garbage disposal was leaking, I contacted Magnificent Plumbing and they came out within a couple hours to replace my garbage disposal. They also had the option to where they provided the new garbage disposal so I didn't need to go to the store. They always are responsive, professional, and do an excellent job.
