"Above and beyond! My 20 year old Carrier furnace stopped heating last week and of course it happened during the coldest nights. I had two other companies to come out to replace the fuse, but it keeps burning and they suggest to replace the heater because of its age and bad controls. So I called Chill HVAC for the third option and the technician was at my doorstep within 30 minutes. He took the filter out to replace, found broken part that keep burning the fuse and fixed it. He also send me the estimate for the replacement of the furnace and it’s almost 4K cheaper than I got quoted before from others and it includes the inspection. These guys are very professional. I will be using them to replace the my furnace in the next quarter. Highly recommend them. I also asked if he could look at my refrigerator ice maker that was out of order for a while now and he cleaned the back side and I already have ice 5 hours later. It’s amazing!"
