The Wash House Laundromat

"The big lady who works there is racist she said she only helps her people!!!! What the hell does that mean because I don't speak fluent Spanish idiot. She wanted to clear my 2 machines for her friend. I timed my laundry and as soon as we walked up she was about to remove my clothes. She said it's been there for hours. Not true I know they have cameras to prove she is wrong. This is my.2nd incident with her. She needs to be fired or a training."

"The machines have been consistently broken, very difficult to add money. Most often I have to switch machines at least once a visit. Hardly ever has available assistant. All sinks are off and bathroom is generally in accessable because no support. I have always returned because of the business like Grocery Outlet and Super Taqueria. But next week I'm going to try the laundry mat by Lucky's"

"Will not return, here are a few reasons to avoid coming here; there’s a couple that comes in the evening that let their little girl talk to strangers and be unsupervised while mom is on the phone and dad is tending to the laundry and checks over once in awhile. There's constantly trash on the floor and the washing machine slots for detergent and softener are always gunky with old detergent. The change machines are so picky that the dollar bills have to be pretty much not wrinkly! Machines are messed up but not put out of order. Washer machines are really pricey."

"This place used to be awesome, nowadays all the big washers are out of order every time I come in, and half the dryers. Just had a washer steal 5 quarters from me while I was putting them in, which compelled me to leave this review. I'm gonna stop coming here I suggest you do too untill they fix all their machines."

"First time here in a long time, lady in charge was a bit much. Clapping like a drill sergeant advising they were closing. Felt like I was a child being reprimanded. Bad customer service. My dryer had 5 minutes.. she Saif she couldn't wait. Reprimanded 2 others trying to fold clothes from the dryer.. wow"
