"Juan did a great job bird proofing my roof. I had a serious pigeon problem; they were building nests under my solar panels and laying eggs. I was constantly finding broken egg shells in my backyard that had fallen off the roof. The pigeons were making a habit of bathing in my pool and pooping in my hot tub. It was disgusting, so I called Juan and asked him to make my roof a “no fly zone” for birds. He was easy to work with and polite. He gave me a good deal and completed the job in a timely manner. During a storm, one of the reflective windmills had fallen off my roof. Juan expeditiously reinstalled it. I’d hire him again if needed!"
