I contacted him to help install a kitchen sink for my parents and he immediately responded and scheduled a time to check out the project within the day. Once he arrived, he followed all Covid protocols and walked me through everything that would have to be done. Throughout the explanation, he paused to explain why things needed to be done a certain way and even suggested cost saving options. We discussed payment and timeframe and I contacted him when all the materials arrived. During installation day, he was on time and worked until the project was done. While everything with the sink was done perfectly, there was a slight leak from another unrelated pipe but Joe came back the next day to fix this unintended leak without charge.
