"I went into the shop because my car lost power when going up a hill. I was met by John the Service Manager who was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. He made sure that my car received the kind of care that every customer who comes into Firestone deserves."

"Brought my car in for an oil change and alignment with a 11am appointment. I was told my car would be done between 1pm-3pm. By 2:53pm my car hadn't even been touched yet and I took an Uber home. I also had to take an Uber to work in the morning. I received a call around 9am the following day telling me my car was ready. Nearly 24 hours later!! When another location was just an hour behind I was given a complimentary oil change for the inconvenience. These guys didn't even offer an apology. Gave me some paperwork without explaining the status of my car. I can't think of a reason why I would return to this location."

"Your Service Representatives were, at best, informative, but very curt, non-communicative. John, who was the person who checked me out, couldn't wait to get off and leave! He was counting the time until he could go home. The work at this location, was at best, average. I would not recommend this location to anyone I know, and plan to leave a Yelp review, which is not going to be complimentary!"

"Terrible experience, don’t trust what they tell you because they will always try to add things that you don’t need to charge you extra. I took my car in for a simple tire rotation/wheel alignment at 10am and they took the whole day and waited to call me at 5pm just to tell me they didn’t do anything because I needed tie rods replaced for which they quoted me $650. The guy there was very rude and tried to push me into paying for it by telling me my car could freeze on the freeway anytime. I took my car back and went to 2 separate places and they both said I don’t need anything done like that. Never coming back, just a bunch of scammers and frauds working here."

"I intentionally waited for 1.5 months before writing this review to ensure that there were no issues after my visit, and I am delighted to report that there were none! I recently purchased FIRESTONE FIREHAWK INDY 500 tires and entrusted Firestone Complete Auto Care in El Cerrito with the installation. To my surprise, my tires arrived at the auto shop ahead of my scheduled appointment. I arrived at the shop at 7 a.m. and informed my service advisor, Alex, of my tire installation needs, along with a request for tire alignment services. The entire process went off without a hitch. I was in the shop by 7 a.m. and back on the road around 10:30 a.m. I believe it was Marko who handled the tire installation and alignment services, and he did an outstanding job."
