"After years of coming to this pawn shop , today will be the last time we step foot in this place . We had the unfortunate experience with Norma , she started off the sale saying “nothing was negotiable, pay cash and pay taxes” before we even had the chance to look at anything . We thought that was rude and unprofessional to say the least. When we asked if she could show us something for a good deal she said they had nothing & I quote “we don’t have anything for 60-70 bucks” we never asked for that price point , we just wanted a good deal , then she said “honestly I just don’t feel like making a sale” I don’t know if she was just having a bad day but leave your bad days at the door when you step into work. Especially in sales . I then called and complained to the manager Ron, and he wasn’t much help so that explains why the employees feel like it’s okay to act that way."
