"Today I was in because I wanted to browse rings but didn’t think of actually buying one. The young woman (Jessica) was absolutely delightful. She knew EVERYTHING from the products to what was new and interesting to share and I didn’t feel any pressure. As soon as I felt like she was genuine I asked about the ring selection. She shared what metals and quality of the rings. Then I asked if there were any solid white gold which was more my preference. There was a band that was exactly what I was looking for. 14k white golds with diamonds with the specific grade and clarity I was looking for especially because she was able to answer in a heartbeat. I love being passionate employees! In conclusion I showed my husband and I spent the pretty penny that really quality comes with. It’s my birthday tomorrow so she also gave me the travel bag gift as well as a box of chocolates which was the absolute sweetest of her.
