I have a very old Edwardian ring with mine cut diamonds where a few of the stones had come loose. Mark was very professional through the entire process. He photographed the ring and was detailed about the necessary repair. I felt safe leaving my piece with him. I received an electronic quote and within weeks my ring was restored to new!
