"Aside from not yet having the same brand recognition (in my opinion, but what do I know) as a brand like Tiffany & Co, their products offer a comparable elegance with a modern touch, all at a more reasonable price. The staff at the San Francisco Hayes St. location were very welcoming, so much so that I didn’t know which associate to reply to since I was greeted by them all! More importantly though, they were all very knowledgeable and offered styling suggestions, ones that I ended up choosing in the end. Overall I was pleased with their in-store selection, the staff’s attentiveness, and I definitely will be returning for future jewelry purchases."

"You get more and better customer service going into your local corner store. Buying a gift for my partner looking like normal people. Made eye contact with three associates and they just straight up ignored me. Asked to purchase something and the response was ok, what do you want. Didn’t fit the bracket or ask anything other than pay here. Luckily my partner tried it on and it was the wrong size. They got us the the right size but man some real bad customer service."

"Oct 2023- I used to love this company and now they are selling products that are no longer 14k gold (cost over $500). I bought my husband a wedding band that was 14k white gold and in less than 4 months the color changed white gold to an odd yellow color. He is exchanging the ring but I am worried the same thing is going to happen. Additionally, I bought him a 14k gold bracelet here (also costing over $500) and the color is no longer gold. It is a pink color. This we can't even exchange because it is past the 2 year warranty. I will no longer be buying from this company and used to love it. The quality is pretty awful now. We also really bad customer service experience in the soho mejuri store when we went in to show the ring and bracelet. The sales rep was extremely rude to my husband. 11/16/23 - Follow up to my review. Mejuri replaced my husband's ring in October. Within 4 weeks the ring yet again changed from white gold color to a yellow color. At this point we would like our money back and would like to purchase from a store that sells real jewelry."

"Had a great experience with the sales associate I worked with here — they were super attentive and helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for and am very happy with my purchase! I also appreciated that sanitized sample earrings could be tried on in-store before purchase. Note that they do not currently have a piercer."
