"We visited Vrai in SF and it was a wonderful experience. The store was cozy, chic and minimalistic. Not overwhelming at all. We received excellent care from all the staff who were there, especially our diamond specialist Renita. She was friendly, helpful, and a good listener. We had to do some follow-up communication because my ring needed to be resized. She was friendly and patient through out the process as well. Very thankful this store was everything I needed to find my wedding rings! Overall great vibe. The SF store experience was very on brand."
