"The technician came and charge me for distinguished service for $195. He said he was going to see if the part is available and he will come back to change the part. He said he will communicate with me, but nothing. He vanished. No communication. I don’t know if the part is available or not. I paid $195 just for him talking without any result."

"Workmen were prompt in responding to my call to clean out a stopped up line that was about 40’-50’ long. Fellow was very polite and explained what they were going to do. Cleaned up roots and were pleasant. Job took about 30 minutes, They also sent out another guy who ran a camera through the line, too. Only thing was that I was bowled over with the price. I had not asked them the basic cost when I initially called them and was not expecting this to be such an expensive project. That was my mistake that I’ll not make again!"
