"I came into Shreve & Co, as they were one of the few places selling a watch brand I was interested in. Erik was very helpful and while they didn't have the specific watch I was after, he arranged for one to be shipped from the other store. I was able to try the watch on and loved it. The strap was too big so he put in an order for a smaller one. I had a great experience. I enjoyed working with Erik and will come back again as I add to my collection."

"Here is my long winded awesome experience & 10 star review: They say getting the timepiece you want is next to impossible these days. I felt the same for the past 3 years when we couldn’t find the timepiece I had been dreaming about. Until the day after Christmas when we walked into Shreve & Co. San Francisco and met Maria. Maria made a point to get on a personal level with us, discuss preferences and options and really dig deep into what I was looking for. I had walked in wanting a size and a design that I was holding onto in my mind for the past 3 years. We found that what I had created 3 years ago was no longer entirely available anymore. However, Maria kept me from getting discouraged and showed me other options I may not have considered. We discussed all the elements of the timepiece that I couldn’t live without and all the elements I knew I wasn’t interested in. Then we started to discuss sizing. I had always been set on a 31 and my husband wanted me to get a 40. Maria suggested I try a 36 to meet us both in the middle and she went to bring us a display piece for me to try. Maria warned me that this timepiece was not what I had described I was looking for, but was beautiful and that I should try it on and get a feel for it. — It was absolutely the opposite of what I had described I wanted. It was gold when I only imagined silver, it was diamonds when I couldn’t think of wearing something so flashy. It was black when I wanted something neutral. It was everything I said I didn’t want but everything I absolutely fell in love with at the moment she placed it on my wrist. Little did I know that I had just met my first timepiece. Maria’s level of customer service was amazing. She was so kind, knowledgeable, patient and attentive. She suggested I stand in front of a full length mirror to really see the timepiece and get a feel for it visually. It was stunning, sparkling and had captured my heart. Then came the moment Maria told us that it was not just a display piece but that it was available for sale! I looked at my husband and he looked at me and we both knew it was the one! I am seriously over the moon with this timepiece. It is very special and couldn’t be more perfect. I want to Thank Maria for being so amazing during this process and her stellar customer service. Maria suggested I not be afraid to wear it everyday and that it should become a part of my everyday life. It has!
