I appreciate their hard work, customer service, friendliness, the cleanliness of the establishment and their accountability. The owner is very personable and transparent. "Just moved here and started service two weeks ago. To my surprise it’s next day service!! They would also deliver and pick up. I get paged when it’s ready. The online app tracks each garment. All this is pretty cool. BUT, I’m stuck on a routine I’ve been on for 14 years, drop off and pick up on Saturdays. So no problems and friendly service. Quality of cleaning is good."

"I have been using Country Club Cleaners for about two years now. The quality of their work is very good (would be excellent if they did a better job of removing stains the first time). Service is very good AS LONG AS everything everything goes smoothly. I believe that one can tell a great company from average company by how it reacts to adversity. This is where Country Club Cleaners is the BIGGEST FAIL I have encountered in a very long time. Here is why. I had my usual bag with regular dress shirts plus a tie (it had a stain that I marked with the red tape) picked up from my office. When I got my shirts back, there was no tie. The driver that delivers our dry cleaning was super nice and said he'd check on it. Two days later he put me in touch with Amanda. After several emails (all of which I had to initiate) and two weeks later there was no resolution. I decided to stop by in person to talk to the manager or owner. I was given Claudia's (customer service manger) email. I forwarded her all the previous emails and asked her for assistance. I received a prompt response assuring me that she would check into next day. That was 10/7. As of today 10/10 no response/email from Claudia or anyone else. Even another email from this morning went unanswered. I cannot believe that a company that has an account with 7 or 8 people in one office would allow such poor service. At their price point there are a lot of options. Don't be fooled by the 4.5 star rating on their website. The use a service that aggregates the best reviews and post only those to various social media outlets. DISHONEST!"
