"I contacted the company via their website early in the morning before they opened and I got a call and email back shortly after their opening hours. I got an accurate price quote over the phone and was notified that of course the price could change based on additional cleaning needs once they saw the carpets. I was able to get an appointment during a time that worked for my scheduled. I was contacted on ahead of time to confirm appointment and on the day of my appointment the technician texted me and called me to update me on his arrival time. The technician was very professional and got to work right away. I pointed out to stains on my carpets so he was aware of them, but told him that I knew they likely would be unable to come out (small bleach spot and a hair dye spot). I was charged exactly what I was quoted since my carpets were not in bad condition. I would use this company again and this was my second time using them."
