My carpet is old and I own dogs so he had his work cut out for him! 2 hours later he worked a miracle, the carpet looked amazing! The cost was more than fair as well. "Can't recommend more! I (mom of a newborn and toddler) messed up my appt date and moved all my furniture only to realize I was a week early. Not only we're they sympathetic w my mistake but they tried to get me in the same day. That didn't work but they called back and said they would be out first thing next morning. Glen arrived and still apologized for MY mistake on scheduling and did a fantastic job. I didn't even ask what the estimate was but I feel it as beyond reasonable. Will def have them back and recommend them to everyone I know. You don't find truly caring people in the customer service industry these days and this company was a breath of fresh air"
