"READ THIS BEFORE CONSIDERING!!!!! I am looking for carpet cleaning service in Antioch. I see all these good reviews for this place so I call the number provided by Google. A young girl answers and says a word or two in a very low tone. So I tell her I can’t hear her and she says “how can I help you?” I ask, is this the carpet cleaning service provider? She says “yes how can I help you.” Almost as if ready to get me off the phone already. So I ask for the price of carpet cleaning service for one room and she says “the minimum is $69.” I’m like okay so what’s the price for one room? She says “it can be anything but they have to come out and see it and then give you a quote.” So I say okay so does the $69 go towards the quote price or no? She says “yes if you accept the quote but if you don’t accept the quote you have to pay a $69 service fee for them coming out to your house.” So I’m like okay so the quote can be $150? And she’s like yeah. Then proceeds to say, “I can’t give you a quote over the phone.” Then soon after just hangs up on me. Just FYI, work on professionalism, quality customer service, and explaining why anyone should want your service especially since it requires accepting a $69 service fee or a random and possibly overpriced quote the day of service. Plus, having to wait at home on standby for 2hrs expecting their arrival."
