Vanessa, their operations manager, was in the very next morning to do an assessment, the water damage and mold dealt with in the next few days, then the reconstruction finished under a week later. They were very clear and informative about what to expect from each step of the process, very responsive to calls and emails, and their prices are incredibly reasonable. They really went above and beyond the get the work done quickly, and their contractor Federico did a fantastic job with the reconstruction.
