"I dropped pants for hemming to pick up a week later. A week later when I came to pick the pants up, they spent a half hour just looking for the pants. The pants were not even hemmed after wasting my time. Then after that they argued with me regarding the refund. Don't come here. Terrible service. Terrible attitude."

"I had an emergency on a Sunday to get a shirt ironed for my son’s performance that we found at the last minute. I called the shop by looking them up on Google and they were less than 90 minutes from closing. They weee gracious enough to have me come in and get it done in less than 10 min. They could have ripped me by charging me knowing my desperation but they did not and were very reasonable. Thank you so much again Kim’s alteration team. You were such a big help!!"
"I had to have every article of clothing I pretty much owned dry cleaned after an unfortunate incident occurred. They had everything ready within a week- after I left them several dozens of articles of clothing, and all of my bedding with them. It was a great value for the amount of stuff I had to have cleaned, would definitely recommend."
