"My husband and I bought our first home in California and of course it came with a salt water pool. The chlorine system recently stopped working so I gave Pool Whip Pros a call to diagnose the issue. Wesley came over and walked me through in great detail what each part of our pool system does and how it works. (Way over the top!) He diagnosed that our salt system was a pretty old unit and we unfortunately had to replace it as it failed and would no longer turn on. He worked with us to find the cheapest but highest quality unit to replace it with. It was a super quick turn around from the day of diagnostic to install of our new unit. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient with his work. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for basic clean to an install of any new unit.
