"Very Nice Service, Good Prices"
"TLDR - Brought over an automatic watch with water damage, they fixed the water damage but scratched up the dial and crystal completely ruining my watch. Just writing my experience out word for word - I brought over an automatic watch with some water damage. They opened up the back and dried it out but then I was told that because of the water damage something else was wrong with the watch and that I needed to leave it at the store. Okay sure. They called me the next week and told me it would cost a $100 to fix. It was a $300 dollar watch so $100 seemed like a lot and after some back and forth we agreed on $70. Another week went by and no word. I called them and was told the watch wasn't fixed yet, so I asked for the watch back because I felt a lot better about just shipping it back to the watch maker I got it from, but they INSISTED that they could fix it and it was no big deal. Okay sure, $70 beats the hassle of having to ship something. Another few days go by and they ask to come pick it up. I come to the store and find that while the water damage has been fixed and the watch seems to be ticking just fine there are scratches all over the dial and crystal which will now cost my pretty much the cost of the watch to fix (from someone who actually knows what they're doing). I suppose they might be capable of very basic repairs - swapping out a battery maybe but please don't come here for anything more complicated than that. UPDATE: The watch stopped ticking a week later. So essentially all they did was take my watch, scratch it up and return it. Changing from 2 stars to 1. Would take it lower if I could."
