"Took my brand new pants to have the legs taken in. I collected a week later and just quickly checked the new measurement. Go home and try it on (didn’t use the demi-size booth only good for when the store is empty), and immediately notice that the hems were not sewn back on after the work!! Called the store and they gave a razzie-worthy performance of how that is an anomaly. So had to bring in the item back for another 5 days. Come to collect and after a long wait, I was the only person in the store, I got my pants. Upon checking it, there’s all sorts of big gobs of white thread debris and lint all over the (black) pants. So just as at first, no one checked or gave the pants a good shake. Fool me once, fool me twice! I’ll stay away and never go there again!! To really salt my wound, the day I had to bring the pants back, an unnecessary trip brought on by their negligence, an old guy backs into my car in the small parking lot!"
