"To the response from the owner: The key problem here is the crew kept arriving at the apartment, not calling, wandering around and then leaving. The time you're claiming they came to my door, they went to the wrong apartment. All of this could have been fixed with a phone call. I will not be returning as a customer. What should be done for future customers: you should ensure that someone from White Glove directly contacts the customer when the crew arrives. Communication is key. Update: While my original review was 5 stars and I had enjoyed the services from White Glove, recently I've increasingly been having problems. The biggest issue has been that the communication between White Glove and me has been quite poor. The standard procedure had always been for the cleaning crew to contact me when they arrived at my apartment so I can let them in. More and more often they have been showing up, not contacting me and then leaving and canceling my cleaning with no notice. This has become such a waste of my time that I've canceled my regular cleanings with White Glove. [In addition 1) The quality of the cleanings has decreased a little over time and 2) during one of the cleanings an item of mine was damaged]. Old review after first cleaning: I hired White Glove for a standard cleaning of my apartment. It was one of the most thorough house cleanings I've ever had. The providers were professional and on time. And scheduling, rescheduling and coordinating the service was very easy. I was impressed by White Glove and I plan to use their services again in the future."
