"Used Terminix for rat exclusion. The work was adequate, but EXTREMELY expensive. My house is 1000 Square feet with attached 1 car garage. 2 men spent 2 1/4 hours at my house and used minimal material - the cost was $2500. With some research, I discovered that there are many other exterminators who it seems would do it for much less. Terminix would not make any accommodation for payment or price adjustment. Not a friendly company in my opinion. I would recommend checking with other companies. I live in Santa Rosa. Inez Lybeck"

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DONT DO IT! Call anyone else! Worst experience with a service company that I have ever had. Employees caused damage to my house over three weeks ago and no response from the company at all. Paid over four thousand dollars and they didn't even complete the job when they came to my house. They finally came back to finish it three weeks later after I called multiple times. Complete waste of money for quality or lack of quality of work. Company is very unresponsive they just take your money and run. Very unprofessional no customer care what so ever! No way to email or text all the pictures I have of the damage they caused. No one cares because once they got paid they are done with you. I would never recommend this company to anyone EVER! Im still trying to get resolution with thus company about my damages and no one returns my calls ever though I'm calling and leaving messages. It's been WEEKS!"

"I scheduled an inspection several days ahead of time. The inspector never showed up & never called or replied to terminix's or my voicemails & texts. Rescheduled for the next day. Same thing happened. Not worth the hastle - wish I'd called Orkin from the get-go. I wasn't given an apology or given an ETA on when they'd arrive, if ever. The unprofessionalism is astounding."

"Horrible service. Terminix installed a vapor barrier improperly for $2000 and will not return calls to schedule appointment to fix. Their customer service department continues to state a representative will come out, however, no return phones to confirm appointments. My wife and I have taken days off work for appointment times and Terminix is a no show. I would not recommend them to kill a spider on a sidewalk."

"Terminex scheduled with me twice and completely flaked for both appointments. I called and they couldn't get a hold of the technician that was scheduled each time, two different technician. They couldn't reach the supervisor. Complete trash and a waste of time!!!!!!!! Don't hire these people."
