He was very friendly and was able to locate and fix the problem quickly. He explained what had gone wrong and showed us how we can fix the issue ourselves if it happens again. In addition, he gave us complimentary replacement filters and scrubbed the dust and dirt from front of the unit, and did a complimentary safety check of the air conditioning unit Moore installed for us a few years ago.
