"24 hours. It was pretty clean but a bit expensive. Dryers work pretty well, although check lint traps, they can be pretty dirty. Due to it being 24 hours, there can be questionable people there at times. Best to stay with your belongings."

"I used to love this laundromat but the owner doesn't seem to care about dryer upkeep. One dryer I used had no heat with a high heat setting. Another one stopped after 2 minutes when it was supposed to go for 12. There are no notices to fill for refunds or for reporting a problem. They have an Open Wifi sign but there is no Wifi. Owner needs to step up."

"I love this laundromat because it’s modern, I don’t have to bring dollar bills or use quarters, it allows you to use a debit or credit card, it only charges you $15 as a hold, and then whatever you don’t use, it will return to your card. In one case, and I’m not sure if it was my fault, I thought I put in 42 minutes worth, in both machines, but when I came back, it was wet and cold, I don’t think I pressed the correct configuration, not sure, but I called the phone number on the wall and the owner answered immediately and refunded everything to my Venmo account, as we spoke and even guided ms through it! I can’t say anything could’ve been done any better, and I highly recommend this over the others in this town. Also, there is a 7-Eleven and a café and a pizza shop in the same parking lot, so if you’re hungry or want snacks, this is very convenient, again I want to praise the lightning fast, Customer Service to Credit the dryers."

"They just upgraded to card readers on all washers and half the dryers. Seems a tad more per load than other places, but it's clean and convenient. Plaza has an organic coffee/smoothie joint called Westside Café, Sonoma Burger, and Buddies Pizza. Outdoor seating, with umbrellas."

"Awesome location. Never crowded ! Month of may was free drying! That was awesome! Very clean and friendly . Bummer that there is no restrooms available, especially if it after the neighboring businesses close, assuming that one who grant you a dying wish if you were dying and need to use their bathroom should be a quick thinker and suddenly realize that patronage would be the best way in.....and suddenly no restrooms either !! 2 drinks and a horrible sandwich later from an older not so customer oriented woman at the counter ."
