"Unfortunately, this entire process working with Crystal Clear Home was a huge disappointment. To make matters worse when I provided immediate feedback and photos to Erika she was extremely unprofessional. They nickel and dime you for everything even things that are blatant lies. Beware the price you’re given over the phone will drastically increase after your appointment plus the level of cleanliness will be sub par. I booked an appointment time. After booking, I was then told there was actually an hour window that I needed to be home, which was never shared with me when I booked the appointment. A team of three girls showed up late, and by the way, I would later be charged more because they got lost, which is ridiculous. I asked the girls if they knew what was supposed to be cleaned, they basically said no we have something in writing, but it would be helpful if you could show us. I would also, after the fact be charged for the two minute tour, which her team said took 10 minutes. Here is where the beginning of the nickel and diming started. For the amount of money being charged to clean my home, I am shocked at how poor the team did. There was no explaining this to Erika because she had an excuse for everything. This is our first and last time ever working with this company. ."

"We had a horrible experience with CCH... they failed to complete the agreed upon terms of cleaning (dusting, cleaning bathrooms, counters, etc.), and despite their "gaurantees" they offered 1 time (during our child's nap) to come back. They then never came. I'm a mom of an infant and was hoping this service would be a much-needed solution to getting support in our home. After much trial with this failed service, we ended up finding reliable, consistent, actual help from another local provider at half the cost. I'd recommend looking around and avoiding this service at all costs. We were shocked at the lack of service and follow through."
