On The Spot Chem-Dry

"I made an appointment Thursday evening. They let me know they had open availability for all week this week. When I called to push my appointment up by 2 hours due to an emergency they told me they could not accommodate me any further today tomorrow and that I could not receive any assistance until a few days. I have tried calling since Friday to reschedule and no one has answered. The team member tried to argue and say I should of called them?! I DID. NO one answered. Their team needs to be on the same page about availability. I am sure the service is great but their miscommunication about availability will force me to have to pay an extra month of rent as I will no longer be able to have my scheduled move out."

"They came out right away. Price was more reasonable than others. On time, professional and friendly and most important great job at removing stains. Carpets look great. They suggested 3 hours to dry but based on my experience, I’d suggest at least 6+ before putting items back in place. Overall excellent service!!!"

I’ve been using them for years, probably 12 years. This time they cleaned an upholstered rocker and it looks beautiful.
