"The hoods were cleaned well. However the rest of the kitchen was quite a mess. Had to clean every surface within 10 feet of the hoods as well as mop up the dirty water behind the ovens. Also two of the light bulbs in the hoods were trashed as they were completely filled with dirty water. Has been a while since we used your service but the price increase plus the quality of the cleaning did not equal out to be a fair trade."

They have been awesome both times I needed them in emergency (main line block) and routine service/pumping. They have an after hours answering service so your call is valued and messages relayed. Office and field staff are super personable and professional. They work with you to get the service you need without spending extra money on things you don’t. "Nothing like having plumbing issues on a holiday weekend! The pump for our holding tank, which holds the waste for our home until it is pumped up to the city sewer line, went out the evening before Thanksgiving. We called their Emergency Line, and they were able to come out on Friday, pump the tank and diagnose the problem. Although they were not able to get the proper part until Monday, they came back once more over the weekend to pump out the tank. (because were had guests on Friday) As promised they got the new pump installed on Monday, and all is well! We worked with Kenny, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I hope we don't need them again, but we would highly recommend them to anyone who might be in need of their services!"
