"Very unprofessional. Steve yelled at me when I told him we were disappointed. Took weeks to get him to even get us on the schedule. Then once he did, he came out on a weekend when we weren’t here and said he was here for 5-6 hours. Left a bill, which looked more like an estimate, which is what we had asked for, but he just did the work with out authorization. He wasn’t supposed to come until Tuesday, when we were here. Didn’t call to let us know he was coming out sooner than planned. Charged us over $600 for cleaning our awning which is not even that big. The awning doesn’t even look much better than it did before. If I could give 0 stars, I would."
