"I was excited to have the cleaning crew and I had two girls arrive at my house on time. My job was to have the kitchen cleaned. Because I'm moving into a dirty house. The lead member insisted they stay for the whole time. So I came up with more jobs for the second girl to do in the bathrooms. By the time they left, they had been here. A full four hours and the kitchen floor was not clean. It was the last thing they did, and they were rushed, so it wasn't even cleaned well. I'm disappointed and i'm really disappointed because I paid a lot of money!"
