"This place has really gone down hill. Half the machines are broken, always a tweaker outside smoking so it blows in and smells awful. Your clothes will come out the washer stained from god knows what. The dryers literally will melt anything that has synthetic fibers. Lost about $100 in clothes last wash, just ruined my clothes."

"So I'm pretty disappointed, this is a poor community and the only washing place in town. If you could go to Redding, definitely go to Redding. They refused to give me a refund after their machine ate my money. And let's not mention that most of the machines, from the washers and dryers are mostly broken and going to eat what little money you have left. Better to make the drive to Redding than deal with this place.. This place is the worst, and has really gone down hill.. better to shut it down. From ruined clothing, broken machines and machines that eat your money and the owners not giving back a refund is just bullcrap. Do better Wash Rite."

"Sad business! The washers are over priced and in Ill repair most of the time. It's very sad when you are the only laundry mat in town, overcharging the people in your community and don't have the decency to make sure the machines work properly."

"Bummer to have clothes come out partially ruined by the machine. I filled out a form requesting a refund for the laundry or replacement for my damaged clothes... the process didn't instill confidence at all! Wish I'd held out for another town and feel bad for local folks with no other options. Normally, i only write hood reviews ... my great disappointment with my potentially reuined shirts has me writing this one. They didn't even provise me with a sign to put on the machine that did this while they "look into the problem " so other patrons can avoid this machine."
