"Tried cancelling, couldn't get ahold of office or voicemail for weeks. Finally set up appointment to cancel services- set a day for Friday and guy never showed. I keep my dog outside but she barks aggressively when they are here so I made a point to stay home that day. No word, billed for the month we tried cancelling, finally the owner came without calling, luckily the dog was inside. She wouldn't hurt anyone but I'd prefer notice. If they had better communication I would recommend them, with no way to leave voicemails or be warned when someone is showing up I can't recommend. The owner seems nice but they are all over the place."
