"I only gave them 1 star because no stars is not an option. The only reason I still kept coming back was because Dr. Asanovah. Other than that everyone there is unprofessional they have no sense of customer/patient service. Everytime I would go front desk girls were super rude and for some reason there's never appointments available which is ridiculous so I always end up taking my kids to the ER or urgent care. Just came to another clinic transferring all their medical records right now!"

"This doctors front office girl Gisselle left me a voicemail but she speaks as loud as a mouse. Can’t understand half the word she said im Not a client or patient here don’t have an appointment im not Juan. So Juan I’m Sorry you showed up for your appointment and the doctor isn’t there today the front office girl called the wrong number. She should be required to take a course on public speaking. And taught how to dial a phone correctly."

"The doctors are great, but the front desk staff are ridiculously unprofessional. They don’t care if you have to wait for a long time, they treated my wife with disregard. Very uncommunicative, no one is coordinating the assistance to patients. Some of the front desk staff members acted like if they were the actual doctors giving out the recommendations without confirming the information they provided, it is clear the lack of training. When I asked for a supervisor’s name, they did not provide it, and when a supervisor by the last name of Mr. Bravo finally got involved in my situation, he was more concerned about covering the employees back than trying to investigate what had been wrong, in part Mr. Bravo put most of the blame on my wife’s doctor, when it was the costumer service blame. Hope they can fix this."

"Don't come to this clinic. If it had zero stars, it would give zero. Bad. All employees unprepared. You can delay your appointment by up to 5minutes. But when you get inside, you have to wait for more than 2 hours for a room to open and for the doctor to come and see you. several pregnant women, big bellies, standing in the hallway because there is no seat. and when you ask the reason for the delay, they don't know how to say it. They make up an excuse and say that this is how it is for everyone. A lack of respect for human beings. We waste time and lose hours of work. consultation with any doctor lasts no more than 7 minutes and is ineffective. You don't feel safe with the shallow answers doctors give you. which makes you look for other professionals. The service is terrible, inhumane and I do not recommend this horrible and disrespectful clinic to anyone.AVOID"
