"Worst groomer in Elk Grove. Her Grandma an amazing groomer. When she retired we tried Krystal and she did an awful job. There was a lady there crying what she did to her dog and that should've been our first clue but we decided to give her a chance. She made our dogs look awful, didn't trim their nails. When we called her she didn't care to fix them or do anything about it. It's really too bad because her Grandma was an amazing groomer. Happy we found a new one. Don't trust her with your animal."

"I had to debate overnight whether I wanted to leave a review for Krystal. We've brought our dogs to other highly knowledgeable groomers before but went to Krystal since it was closer to my house. I wished I had asked my neighbor about her business sooner or I never would have agreed to allow the dogs to be dropped off. My roommate was helping me drop off our dogs to Krystal to try out. When she came back, she told me about the argument she had with the mother. The mother questioned 1. our dogs breed aka does not exist, 2. stated whereever we got the dogs, they are making fraud claims on the breed and we need to get our money back 3. we lack of knowledge about dog grooming and 4. bashed on our previous 2 groomers. It did not sit well in our stomach and I told her let's go get our dogs back. When we arrived, I told Krystal and her mother that we want our dogs back. Krystal was insistent the dogs should stay. She was very focused on bashing on other grooming businesses rather than telling me what she can offer and why we should stay. She offered to call our previous groomer to find out what they did and she'll do the same service for us. She will so call "Tristan" to see what he did. Hint: We don't even know who Tristan is! Let's keep our facts straight! She can use scissors to trim our dogs hair like our previous professional groomers but she will charge extra! The amount of business bashing she kept doing left a horrible taste and took our dogs and left. She left me a voicemail since my roommate had another appointment. She was very apologetic about her mother's actions and words, but never apologized for the lack of professionalism or customer service on her part. She offered to show us her work up close and free. After finding out she called our previous groomer (after we left) to consult about our dogs without our consent, we're set on not coming back!"
