"Schwab staff - by phone, not this branch - made a lot of promises to get my money. They stated they had products that I wanted, but it turned out they didn't. They stated they would help me figure out a reasonable accommodation, they didn't. I kept hearing different descriptions of policy from different staff and kept hearing promises of how they were going to make things better. More falsehoods. They did open accounts without my permission. They also transferred money between my accounts without my permission (to get around company rules in the way of providing services.) I know nothing about this branch, but I'd stay away from Schwab."
