"We are first time customers and had a little issue with the app with a double charge at the Morena location on 2/25/24. We contacted the number listed via text and received fantastic and prompt service. They updated us throughout the process while we waited for the charges to post on my credit card so that they could refund us the overcharge. They were friendly, courteous, and genuinely concerned with making things right. The self wash stations were in very good condition and we will be back!"

"This place is awesome. After taking my pup to fiesta island dog park I take her down to this dog wash any time of day. I have been there 15-20 times and never once had a bad experience or where I was leaving unhappy or unsatisfied. The place where you wash your dog is always clean. Has warm water and all around super helpful to get my pup clean. I would recommend this to anyone."
