"I chose this groomer based on their stellar ratings and a personal recommendation. However, upon picking up my pup, I was shocked, dismayed and nauseous. I couldn't even recognize him when they brought him out. Despite our detailed discussion about our preferences, they completely disregarded them and shaved him entirely. Furthermore, the groomer suggested I return on quieter days like Monday or Tuesday, indicating they needed more time. It's frustrating they didn't communicate this beforehand. Even if the task seemed unmanageable, a heads-up would have been appreciated. I would have still paid for the attempt."

When I called them after the holidays they gave my little poodle teddy a free trim and the owner was extremely nice and accommodating.
