"Let me be clear: my complaint is not about the work that they did in terms of cutting my dogs hair or professionalism at all. I called in the morning for a day same appointment and they squeezed me in and I’m very thankful for that. I had sent one of my 14 week old puppies to them for grooming. This dog at home literally just falls asleep in the bath tub and lets me do his nails and shine his teeth. So when I came to pick him up, I asked them to fix some stuff and they told me he was really difficult because he’s a puppy. They told me it took 4 people to groom him: multiple people for emotional support. Nevertheless I enforced that I wanted the stuff fixed on his face. So they brought him on the table and he started whining and trying to bite the scissors and instead of saying “no” firmly they babied him….I’m assuming they did this the entire time with him…The groomers basically reinforced his bad behavior by coddling him. I’m still very glad that they groomed him, but be aware these groomers don’t seem to know anything about basic obedience training."

"In the past I tried to trim my dog's hair myself but she was always so fidgety and get really anxious so I know that she's a special case. Ever since I started taking my pup here she always comes back so clean cut and pretty. Highly recommend"
